ZUS888 Platform Rules

Welcome to ZUS888. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ZUS888 ("ZUS888", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ZUS888 website, mobile platform, gaming services, sportsbook, and all related products and features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

ZUS888 is operated as an online gaming and entertainment platform serving players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. The Platform is designed for players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and across Malaysia.

The following capitalised terms shall have the meanings set out below when used throughout this Agreement:

To register for and use a ZUS888 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your Account:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ZUS888 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all Players. Providing false information regarding your age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by local law at the time of accessing the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. One Account Only: You may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different personal details, devices, or IP addresses are used.
5. Non-Employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or officer of ZUS888, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
6. Self-Exclusion: You must not have previously self-excluded from ZUS888 or any affiliated gaming platform where such exclusion remains in effect.

4.1 Registration Process

To create a ZUS888 Account, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full, providing truthful, current, and complete information. ZUS888 may reject any application or suspend any Account where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that the information provided is false, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

4.2 KYC Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request or at ZUS888's discretion during account review, Players are required to complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Acceptable documents for Malaysian players include a valid MyKad, Passport, or Driver's Licence (identity), together with a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days (proof of address). Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours of document submission.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. ZUS888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify ZUS888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach affecting your credentials by contacting our 24/7 live chat support team.

4.4 Account Closure

ZUS888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including (but not limited to) instances where: (a) a Player has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent or suspicious activity has been detected; (c) a Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or (d) ZUS888 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

5.1 Deposits

ZUS888 accepts deposits exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Current supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Players must have completed KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being approved. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. FPX bank transfers may take between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. ZUS888 reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

5.3 Currency

All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). ZUS888 does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ZUS888 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. The Platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation and to delay or decline withdrawals pending satisfactory AML review. Players must not use the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal purpose.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ZUS888 are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that promotion, as published on the relevant bonus page. Where there is any conflict between the general Terms herein and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal may be made. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier (e.g., "35x") indicating the number of times the bonus amount — or the combined deposit and bonus amount — must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal is permitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, sportsbook bets, and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Players must review applicable contribution rates before using bonus funds.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ZUS888 prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: (a) creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; (b) placing low-risk or hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements; (c) collusion with other Players to meet bonus conditions; or (d) use of any automated system, bot, or script to interact with bonus-eligible games. Detection of bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to validity periods as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds not utilised and wagering requirements not fulfilled within the stated validity period will be forfeited without notice. ZUS888 reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time.

All bets placed on the ZUS888 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or sports market in question. The following general betting rules apply across the Platform:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only deemed accepted once a confirmation is displayed and a reference number is issued. ZUS888 reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion, including where a manifest error in odds or game parameters has occurred.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game and sports market. ZUS888 may amend these limits at any time.
• Voided Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including: technical malfunction, manifest pricing error, game interruption, or where the relevant sporting event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared.
• Sportsbook: All sports betting markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA, UFC, and other covered events, are subject to the ZUS888 Sportsbook Rules, which are available separately on the Platform.
• Live In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted at ZUS888's discretion during live events. Any bet placed after the relevant in-play event has concluded will be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ZUS888 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, with balances forfeited where permitted by applicable law:

• Using the Platform while physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Registering an Account using false, incomplete, or misleading personal information;
• Registering or operating more than one Account;
• Accessing the Platform using automated bots, scripts, data-scraping tools, or any software designed to interfere with Platform functionality;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any winnings derived from exploiting a known software error are void;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in connection with sports betting markets;
• Facilitating or participating in any money laundering scheme using the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ZUS888 staff or other Players via any support or communication channel.

All content on the ZUS888 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software, game graphics, interface elements, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of ZUS888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: (a) copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content; (b) modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on Platform software; (c) use ZUS888's trademarks or branding without prior written consent; or (d) systematically download or archive Platform content for any commercial purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZUS888 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including (without limitation) loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other financial or non-financial loss.

ZUS888 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Maintenance periods, technical faults, or third-party service interruptions may cause temporary unavailability. ZUS888 will not be liable for losses incurred by Players as a direct result of such interruptions, provided that reasonable steps are taken to restore service promptly.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit ZUS888's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Malaysian law.

ZUS888 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The Platform is designed exclusively for entertainment purposes. Gambling should never be pursued as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

ZUS888 provides the following player-controlled responsible gambling tools, accessible directly from your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Define maximum session durations with alerts upon approaching your limit;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform.

The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by ZUS888 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By creating an Account and accepting these Terms, you also consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

ZUS888 collects personal data including (but not limited to) your full name, date of birth, contact details, identity documentation, financial transaction records, and gameplay history, for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gambling monitoring, and service improvement.

Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party processors (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud prevention services) strictly for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy. ZUS888 reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ZUS888 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to affected Players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between you and ZUS888 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body.

ZUS888's internal complaints procedure is available to all registered Players via our 24/7 live chat support channel. Players are encouraged to raise disputes through this channel in the first instance. ZUS888 undertakes to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
